* The nature of the custom oil painting process is that it takes time. After every step in developing the image there is a drying process of up to 3 days. We will start your painting promptly and work consistently to finish as soon as possible. Depending upon size and complexity, a painting usually takes 2 – 6 weeks to complete. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date on any custom painting.

Note that for some other types of artwork there is a necessary delay due to the nature of the artistic process involved. We will inform you of estimated time when you place your order.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Client satisfaction is always our goal. If you are not satisfied, we will work with you to resolve any issues until we reach a satisfactory conclusion.

If we are unable to resolve the issues, you may return the artwork for a full refund.
COPYRIGHT
For Images Submitted by Our Clients:

The paintings produced by Paint My Moment are considered “derivative works” of the original image. The original image has a copyright owner, typically the photographer who created the image. If the image is from a photograph taken by our client, that client owns the copyright and can order a derivative work from us in the form of a painting.
If the image is from a different photographer, our clients are responsible to assure that the copyright owner has given the appropriate permissions.

For Images Created by Our Artists:

The artists of Paint My Moment retain the copyright to all works they create, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No artwork created by the artists of Paint My Moment may be reproduced or altered without the written consent of the individual artist.
Paint My Moment or one of our artists may use the image as an example for their portfolio or other legal purposes.

IMAGES
Paint My Moment is unable to control the images that our clients upload to the website. All uploaded images are reviewed by Paint My Moment for suitable content. We reserve the right to reject any image for any reason. Offensive images will not be accepted.
PRIVACY
Paint My Moment will not sell or share any client information with a third party except as necessary to complete the order. We use PayPal to protect your credit card information. We never see it.
CHANGES
Paint My Moment reserves the right to change, add, or remove any portion of these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Your continued use of this website is considered acceptance of those changes.
