The nature of the custom oil painting process is that it takes time. After every step in developing the image there is a drying process of up to 3 days We will start your painting promptly and work consistently to finish as soon as possible Factors such as the number of subjects and complexity of the image are determining factors on how long the process takes Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date on any custom painting

Oil paints have been used throughout history to create artworks that stand the test of time A major advantage of using oil paints is that they remain blendable and workable for a longer time than acrylic paints. Our artists use this to achieve more subtle results than are usually possible with other methods

Almost any photograph Main subjects are people and/or animals We do not accept images that are offensive

Yes! This is included in the price of your painting Our artists have years of experience modifying images When you place your order you include any special requests you may have

Add or remove a person Remove imperfections Combine parts of 2 or more different photos Change the background Repair a damaged photograph Colorize an image or change to black & white Anything you can think of! We reserve the right to refuse misleading or offensive image change requests.

We will send you a sketch for your approval to make sure we understand what you want before we begin painting

There are size standards for artwork that we use When you place your order the sizes we offer will be listed A size comparison chart is available when you order to help select the best size for your needs

Tell us what you want, we can do almost any size We will review any request for non-standard sizes and get back to you with information

We recommend that you order giclee prints of the original painting

Artist board is stabilized wood that has been prepared for painting. It will last for generations We use and recommend it. It is a good surface for paintings that are very detailed

Giclee printing is a very high quality copying process Unlike photographs or other printing processes, a giclee print will last a lifetime Giclee prints are available on canvas, metal, and acrylic surfaces

Giclee print done on metal These are great for outdoor use, such as patio décor They do not require framing

Client satisfaction is always our goal. If you are considering returning the artwork you are clearly not satisfied We will work with you to resolve any issues until we reach a satisfactory conclusion If we are unable to resolve the issues, you may return the artwork for a full refund
